Step Back in Time with Williamstown Heritage Walking Tours - FREE event

11th September - 30th November

Unlock the secrets of this historic seaport. Explore hidden lanes, an abandoned morgue, aburial ground, historical buildings and monuments. Every Tuesday and Friday from September 11th to November 30th, local guides with an excellent knowledge of the area will run one tour each day.Tours depart from the Hobsons Bay Visitor Information Centre located in Commonwealth Reserve, Nelson Place, Williamstown at 11.45am Fridays and 2.15pm Tuesdays. The Melbourne Piano Trio

15th November

The Melbourne Piano Trio is a young, exciting new chamber group bringing together three of Australia’s leading emerging musicians.

ABC Young Performer of the Year Ji Won Kim teams up with chamber music specialist Chris Howlett and internationally-acclaimed, prize-winning pianist Hoang Pham.

The Melbourne Piano Trio opened their debut season in New York before returning to Australia to give their first national tour. Most recently, the trio performed at the Bangalow Music Festival and at the gala opening of the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition at Government House in Melbourne.

In 2012, the Melbourne Piano Trio will be the resident group at the Sanguine Estate Music Festival and will also begin a subscription series at Melbourne Recital Centre while maintaining a close association with the Australian National Academy of Music.
