Getting There

Travel by ferry from the City, get on your bike and ride, take the train or travel by car.

The Punt will take cyclists across the river from Port Melbourne (Fishermans Bend) to Spotswood, just behind Scienceworks. Commuter service operates Monday to Friday 6.30am to 9.30pm and 4pm to 7pm. Weekend service operates 10am to 5pm. www.westgatepunt.com

Step Back in Time with Williamstown Heritage Walking Tours - FREE event

Unlock the secrets of this historic seaport. Explore hidden lanes, an abandoned morgue, aburial ground, historical buildings and monuments. Every Tuesday and Friday from September 9th to November 28th, local guides with an excellent knowledge of the area will run one tour each day.Tours depart from the Hobsons Bay Visitor Information Centre located in Commonwealth Reserve, Nelson Place, Williamstown at 11.45am Fridays and 2.15pm Tuesdays. Rotary Club of Williamstown Family Christmas Fair

This event is free to all children, gold coin donation for adults. Free rides, face painting, clowns, giant slide and animal petting nursery. Art, craft and food stalls plus a visit from Santa. 11am to 4pm at Seaworks, 82 Nelson Place, Williamstown.

 

Williamstown Christmas Night Market

5th December

Presented by the Williamstown Chamber of Commerse. A fun and exciting night for the whole family, including face painting, live music, a visit from Santa and lots of local stores open for business. Held from 6pm to 9pm in Ferguson Street and Douglas Parade.
